Shit the Foxes have done/said to Teammates while they were drunk:

The classic action of just drawing on faces after they pass out (Renee always draws a large smiley face.)

Showed Kevin cat videos. He either has laughed so hard he cried or gets irrationally angry

Neil, tipsy, asks Kevin, on the verge of being blackout drunk, if he wants to go to the Court like he is a dog ("Kevin wants to go to court? Ohh does Kevin want to go to court?"). Kevin ends up giving Neil a scathing glare and replying "not with your bitchass". Nicky died from laughter. Matt is eternally grateful that he got it on camera

Drinking games that somehow ended with the Minyards being the most intoxicated, Andrew passes out against Neil and Aaron can't seem to understand that he isn't the one sleeping on Neil. ("Why the fuck am I lying on Josten? He doesn't look comfortable." "Aaron you aren't---" "But I'm right THERE!")

Seth and Kevin kiss. They were no way near drunk enough for it to be an accident. They never speak of it again (unless--)

The girls trying to get drunk Aaron and Matt to recite the first scene of some movie that somehow devolves into Matt holding Aaron (who fell asleep) and being devastated because Matt thinks Aaron is sick (dan being very amused)

Neil and Aaron try to outlast each other when drinking shots because Katelyn made a bet (Aaron doesn't want her to lose and Neil doesn't want Aaron to win). Cue image of Andrew looking disgruntled

Andrew, tipsy, and Kevin, tipsy, having a staring contest. Andrew loses because Renee and Neil fell somewhere behind Kevin (they were trying to do a dance move that Dan taught them but the floor was slippery). Kevin will never let him live it down

omg thanks so much for the reply!! I'm glad you're enjoying the game so far (honestly I feel you on the whole "tried to start and failed" fiasco)

FE4 is my second favorite FE after Awakening (it got me into the franchise) bc of the amazing story, plus I really like the characters and the pair-up system. organizing items and capitalizing on each unit's unique role is also a lot of fun!

also, really nice pairs you have going on! Edain/Midir is one of my favorites for the very reason you mentioned; Erinys/Azelle is one I don't think I've ever seen, it seems really sweet when considering both characters' personalities. I have a weird favorite ship myself (Lachesis/Naoise my beloved) so I love hearing different uncommon pairs that others try out

@echobows I am having fun! although full disclosure I started trying to play this game (checks blog) literal years ago (I found a post that said "just made another start on genealogy!" dated 2022, christ)

It's still the hardest a fire emblem game has ever been for me (not counting Thracia cuz I only ever played the first chapter on that, and I don't remember if I even finished that) but the gameplay is everything I like about the franchise. I love when it's not just "build the beefiest units you can and bulldoze the enemy" but you actually have to manage movement and positioning and who gets xp vs who can actually take a hit, I love resource and inventory management (there's no way to make that sound cool but oh well) and having units who are designated classes/functions, and obviously the relationship building aspect...the one thing I could do without is units not being able to give any other unit money, like you'd think they'd want to support their own army...but it's just another aspect to manage even if it's not my favorite. I am sad I'm going to be losing this army soon, there're some 2nd gen characters I'm looking forward to but I really like Sigurd's army

so I went off about this on an earlier post but the first pair I had was Edain and Midir, the trope of someone single-mindedly fighting to rescue the person they care most about is like my favorite thing so I decided they'd get together without researching if it was good for item/skill inheritance or whatever. After that I made a chart of who I wanted to get with who for inheritance, and promptly forgot my reasons but it is as follows: already married are Ayra and Lex, Laquesis and Beowulf, Erinys and Azelle, and now Sylvia and Claud; I'm still working on Tailtiu and Lewyn, and Brigid and Jamke.

anyway I'd love to know more of your thoughts on it! I'm also happy to find people who like games older than the 3ds, I'm still a big Three Houses fan but my other favorites are all pre-Awakening

Andrew's Actor isn't one for violence so the amount of bloopers they had gone through when Andrew slams the racquet into Neil's torso was a lot. He was just worried he actually hurt Neil's actor lol

Allison and Andrew's Actors are best friends in real life who auditioned together and roped Aaron's actor into this. Allison and Andrew's Actors find it hilarious that they have to play disliking each other

Due to the vague description of Dan's character, Renee's actor originally auditioned to be Dan. When she finds out more about Renee's character in the later books she isn't too peeved she got a different role

Dan and Neil's Actors get close on set and frequently fuck with Kevin and Matt's Actors just for fun

Nicky's Actor treats Andrew and Aaron's Actors like they are his actual cousins. It gets to a point where Nicky invites them to a real family gathering and they just go along with it

Wymack's Actor has no shortage of cusses and frequently gets tongue tied with longer monologues. It leads to Seth's Actor making fun of him and the other Foxes catch on quickly

Riko's Actor is usually extremely soft spoken and kind, so it freaks other cast members out whenever he has to put on the Riko persona

Andrew and Aaron's Actors have a Scottish Accent but have a really good American accent so the cast forgets they are from Scotland frequently

Kevin's Actor has an Irish accent & Neil's is British

Kevin's Actor despises sports. He only regrets auditioning a little

Kevin and Jeremy's Actors have to do many takes of their interaction in TKM because Neil's Actor is making faces at them behind camera and they can't stop laughing

Seth's Actor kisses Nicky's on accident because he thought Allison's was on the other side of him. He was wrong

Jean's Actor has done the most pranks on set. He replaced Kevin's coffee cup with a cup full of a gross protein shake and Kevin's Actor spit it everywhere. ("It's method acting!" "You will pay for this.")
